Airtightness

As part of RT 2012, treatment of the air permeability of residential buildings is mandatory. In other words, airtightness of the buildings is an obligation. It is provided either by a membrane or a panel.

Interior finishes

The structure is only a support, it allows any type of finishes when the installation meets the requirements set out in the technical document.

 

The interior finish is therefore a matter of aesthetic choice and budget:

Plasterboard, gypsum board, paneling, plywood panel, composite panel ...

Finition bois : Chêne, hêtre, peuplier, chataîgner

Finition en plaque de plâtre ou de gypse.

Exterior finishes

The exterior finish can be varied in many ways as long as the material withstands U.V. and rainwater durably.

 

Composite panel, wood cladding, plaster, metal ...

 

It is important to keep in mind that the construction system with its roof extensions protects  the facades against the premature aging caused by weathering.
