Stability - Sealing
The overall stability of the structure is provided by panels disposed on the outer and / or inner face of the walls.
The structure is particularly suitable for the implementation of low slope roofs. In this case, the seal is provided by an EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) membrane. This product, which has a lifespan of more than 50 years, is very stable and guarantees a durable seal.
A double slope roof or four-sided roof is feasible for areas where urban planning is specified.
Ventilation
A slightly inclined green or non-vegetated roof is capable of directing even a small amount of water vapour produced by the residents of the house. The water vapour migrates to the waterproof membrane and then be channeled to the periphery of the roof with sufficient ventilation. By decompartmentalizing the ventilation volume, the construction model allows the ambient air to circulate in all directions between the insulating material and the waterproof membrane.
The ventilation space separating the waterproof membrane from the structure also acts as an effective thermal bridging breaker.
State of Art Concept
This construction system allows to implement thermal bridging free wooden structure which ensures the maximum thermal insulation efficiency.
High Thermal Performance
The energy performance of this construction system is validated by an engineering office as passive house standard.
